Partners
Each year our members nominate and vote on a primary charity partner to support. Throughout the year, we give our time, raise awareness, and raise funds and other donations for the selected charity partner. In 2026 we are supporting Bakersfield Pregnancy Center. Since our founding, we have contributed over $130,000 to numerous charitable organizations in our community, including, but not limited to:
Alliance Against Family Violence & Sexual Assault, Assistance League, All Seated in a Barn, Magdalene Hope, The Mission, The Blessing Corner, ROSE Mentor Program, Casa Esperanza, Alzheimer's Dementia Association of Kern County (ADAKC), and many more.
Our Members in the Community
Our membership prides itself on staying engaged with our Community, with not only serving charitable partners of Women Leaders, but also on our own. Many of us serve on multiple Boards and Committees, creating a force multiplier of putting goodness out into the world by sharing our time, talent, and treasure.
